As a Conference activity a Trivia Event always goes well.

But it can also help achieve the objectives of getting the group together in the first place. Here are a couple of examples taken from events we have facilitated over the last couple of years.

* Quiz the delegates about facts and figures from the opening keynote or CEO’s address!

* Add some questions about training or new product information that has been introduced.

* Test their knowledge about workplace practices that may have been overlooked. Just who is the Fire Warden on level 6?

* What time does the Training Session start the next morning?

Even just one or two questions like this will remind the delegates that they are there to work and learn.

A Corporate Trivia Night is not just about having fun!

Sometimes the format can be used to further corporate aims in different areas.

We were recently engaged to run a series of events for a large plumbing supply company. They hired a venue in 6 different cities and invited tradespeople & suppliers for an early evening of Trivia. With free beer, plenty of prizes, questions related to the products, trade displays and a few short presentations from industry experts, the events were a huge success.
